No. The program is offered at no cost to Accelerant Members.
Who should participate? +
Everyone. It's designed to benefit a broad range of stakeholders — Founders & Executive Leadership, Underwriting, Operations, Claims, Finance & Accounting, Marketing & Business Development, and Technology teams. No prior AI experience is required.
What does participation look like? +
Members can expect:
- One live session each week on Zoom — a guided training segment plus open office-hours Q&A
- A private Knowledge Base with training resources and session recordings
- An AI chat assistant and support requests for help between sessions
- One complimentary 1-on-1 per company when a question calls for a deeper dive
The objective is to combine education with hands-on guidance and practical application.
What if I can't attend a session live? +
No problem. The training portion of each weekly session is recorded and posted to your Knowledge Base, so you can catch up any time. The live Q&A portion is kept off the record — so you and your team can ask anything freely.
How do I get help between sessions? +
Two ways. Use the AI chat assistant in the Knowledgebase platform any time, or submit a support request. Depending on the question, we'll reply with a written answer, a personalized Loom walkthrough, or a link to book a deeper 1-on-1.
Can we get a one-on-one session? +
Yes — if needed, your team can schedule a one-on-one session based on availability, but we will try to cover the most relevant topics during the weekly training and Q&A sessions.
What topics will be covered? +
The curriculum begins with AI fundamentals and progresses into practical business applications — including AI 101, Claude and ChatGPT, prompting best practices, research and analysis workflows, document summarization, internal knowledge management, workflow automation, AI-assisted prototyping, Replit, Cursor, and vibe coding fundamentals. Content evolves based on Member participation and needs.
Do I need to be technical? +
No. The program is designed for business users as well as technical users. Whether you're completely new to AI or already experimenting with tools like ChatGPT or Claude, the goal is to help you become more effective and confident.
What will Members receive? +
A weekly live training-and-office-hours session, a private Knowledge Base with resources and recordings, an AI chat assistant, support between sessions (written, Loom, or a deeper dive), one complimentary 1-on-1 per company, and practical use-case guidance from experienced AI practitioners.
What happens after the first 90 days? +
The initial 90-day program is focused on education, experimentation, and capability building. Accelerant is evaluating several options for ongoing support — including continuing portions of the program internally, subsidized advanced enablement, discounted access to consulting partners, and more advanced AI implementation programs. Additional details will be shared as the program progresses.
What does success look like? +
Success means Members feel significantly more confident using AI and have teams actively experimenting with AI-enabled workflows. We want Members to move beyond hearing about AI and begin identifying real opportunities to improve efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage within their businesses.
