The AI enablement program is being made available in an effort to create better awareness and education of AI within our Accelerant Member community. It is a program that Accelerant internally rolled out and determined would provide real value if made available as a resource for its Members. It is provided “as is”, based on publicly available information, and is delivered through a third-party partner. It is meant for educational purposes only and should not be considered legal, regulatory, compliance, technical, or business advice. As such, Accelerant does not own or manage the learning platform and is not responsible for its content, security, privacy practices, or any third-party tools discussed. You are responsible for your own decisions and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. By accessing the program, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms and the enablement partner’s terms of use.
All training content, materials, commentary, opinions, recommendations, and other information that will be shared, used and published during the engagement are provided “as is” and in conjunction with the Enablement Partner — including content within a publicly populated knowledge base, targeted training sessions, and communications. They are not to reflect views and positions by either Accelerant or the Enablement Partner but are based off publicly available content and the Enablement partners experience with a sole focus to share and hopefully advance the knowledge and education of AI for the participants.
The knowledge base and any other platforms used to deliver the AI enablement program are built off publicly available content and are developed, hosted, managed, and operated by the Enablement Partner. Accelerant has no ownership, administrative control, or operational involvement in these platforms.
Security and Privacy are paramount to all engagements in todays world and so The Enablement Partner has performed all known activities to secure the environment and is solely responsible for the security, privacy, and data handling practices of this support platform and any content or information submitted to it. Accelerant makes no representations or warranties regarding the security or privacy practices of the Enablement Partner or their platform and would explicitly highlight that Members are to review the Enablement Partner’s applicable privacy policy and terms of use prior to submitting any personal or confidential information.
Accelerant is making these services available to its Members as an opportunity to help them in better understanding and educating themselves in publicly available AI tools, practices, and approaches. Accelerant expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for: (i) the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content published by the Enablement Partner; (ii) the security, availability, or performance of the Enablement Partner’s platform; (iii) any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of or reliance on the program, its content, or the Enablement Partner’s platform; or (iv) any third-party tools, services, or products referenced in the program (including but not limited to Claude, Replit, Vercel, and similar technologies).
By accessing the AI enablement program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and understand the intent of sharing this knowledge and agree that your participation is subject to the terms and conditions of the Enablement Partner will provide upon your activation of the engagement.
